Project presentation about Global Citizenship (Reflection)

Global Citizenship project was one of the assignment that our speech class professor Sherri Sinkoff given us to work in groups, Global citizenship is the idea that one's identity transcends geography or political borders and that responsibilities or rights are derived from membership in a broader class: "humanity". Health Care, Wealth, Education and Morals and Ethics related with politics were the four subtopics that were divided in groups to be presented. I will explain a little about each presentation below.

Group # 1

The firs group presentation was about health care, in their presentation they explained the different ways in which people can be benefited from health care programs such as the Medicare, the Medicaid and the Obama care. and how this different programs helps the oldest people. Also the participants explain each part of the subtopics, in general the presentation was good, to be the first group they did a good job,  the PowerPoint was clear and interesting.

Group # 2

           The second group presentation was about wealth, Wealth measures the value of all the assets of worth owned by a person, community, company, or country, this group in my opinion has the best leader who has a lot of knowledge about their topic and explain really well each point, he made the presentation interesting active and participative, I learn a lot in this presentation about different factors related like Social Security, which is one of the most important things that determine the wealth of an individual in our country, the presentation was in PowerPoint clear and informative.

Group # 3

The third group topic was morals and ethics in our society, this group was very active and interesting, they made questions about what is the right or wrong conduct for us, They also gave examples to explain what they were talking about so we could understand the topics discussed. their presentation was in PowerPoint with a lot of videos, each participant explain very well each subtopic and they made clear all questions that we has, in general was a really interesting presentation.

Group # 4

           The four group was mine and our topic was Education,  Our group was the last to present, this time our presentation was a video which took longer than we expected due to the corona virus. Even though our team members were distant from each other we were communicating constantly in order to complete the film, everybody did their part and collaborated to make a good video presentation. My subtopic was school system, was really interesting and we learn more about how is the education in America and how is changing with all the technology that we have now. In general I feel very confortable with my group, we have a good communication and we made a good job.
